Tyson is Owner and Co-CEO, and this Summit veteran has done everything from install, design, project management and everything in between. It only makes sense that Tyson now oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. He makes sure the install, assembly, projects, and engineering teams function cohesively, while also casting vision for Summit's financial strategy. Tyson works side by side with Nick, to help conceptualize big-picture dreams and turn them into a tangible reality.

His love of machinery and technology started at an early age on a farm in Oklahoma, where he began driving tractors at age 9. Growing up in two different worlds, the church tech world and the farming world, gave Tyson a unique perspective on both work ethic, as well as church production. His start as a field technician and subsequent rise through the ranks of Summit has given Tyson the knowledge and know-how needed to keep Summit running like a well-oiled machine.

As Owner and Co-CEO, Nick dreams big dreams for Summit as a whole and casts an overall vision for the entire Summit Crew. He sees and understands the big picture of where we are as a company and where we're going. Nick works side by side with our COO, Tyson, to help shape and cultivate the "Summit Experience" that our clients have come to know and expect from us. The balance in leadership between Nick and Tyson helps keep Summit focused on our primary goal as an AVL integrator: to create spaces where people can bump into Jesus and have their lives changed forever.

Nick comes from both the pastoral world and the tech world, bringing an enormous amount of experience and knowledge to the team. When Nick isn't flying around the country meeting with church production and pastoral teams, he's likely sitting in his record room listening to one of the many vinyls that he's collected over the years. And if he's not there, he's probably flying to new adventures somewhere else in the world with his wife, Jacki, and his kids, Ella and Zane.
